Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement with potential candidates across multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, universities, and other relevant networks.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong ability to source, screen, and select top-tier candidates for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for tech companies or startups.
- Familiarity with recruiting for roles in software development, engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Strong network of potential candidates in the tech industry.
